Spencer is a hands-on mortgage executive with deep experience building and scaling lending businesses across wholesale, correspondent, and retail channels. He started as a loan officer and progressed into leadership roles where he develops broker-focused products, guides brokers through the broker-to-banker transition, and implements practical solutions that make origination and funding smoother.
Known for rolling up his sleeves, Spencer leads product development, compliance, investor relationships, and operations with a practical, results-oriented approach. As a founder and senior executive, he has blended alternative and traditional mortgage offerings to serve underserved markets and create creative programs that connect loans to investors while protecting margin and quality.
At Vybe Lending, Spencer drives expansion of non-QM and other wholesale programs, partnering directly with brokers and teams to turn market needs into workable products. Grounded in integrity, innovation, and teamwork, he brings an approachable leadership style and a track record of building lasting partnerships across the mortgage ecosystem.
Outside work, Spencer is a devoted dad to two athletic sons — one playing Division I football — bringing the same competitive spirit and team-first mentality to his professional life.
